Behind every company is a story.

I’ve been freelancing for over fifteen years, so I get it. While every small company is unique, they all have one thing in common: they’re born from passion.

I know from experience that passion for our work is what will sustain us through the late nights, the uncertainty that occasionally creeps in, the time spent perfecting and obsessing over our projects.

I believe your story is just as important as the product or service you offer.

I want to help you get to the heart of your story, because once your clients understand who you are and why you’re so drawn to the work you do, they’ll be passionate about your company — just like you are.

I’m inspired by small business owners with a clear understanding of their “why”: those who know with certainty who they are and what they hope to accomplish. Those who know what they stand for. Those with an affinity for the natural world. Those with a passion for what they provide. Is that you?

After a decade in the fashion and portrait industry, I’ve developed a finely-tuned aesthetic (translation: I have a lot of experience making people look GOOD) — but now I put my skills to use telling artistic visual stories for companies who are working to create positive change.

From location scouting to styling to scripting — I can help you with it all. I’m a brainstormer extraordinaire, and I’ll come at you with tons of (probably too many) ideas to make our project shine.

I live in the rural forest near Boulder, Colorado - and by “rural,” I mean dirt-road rural, no-cell-service-rural, bears-break-into-my-car rural. I love where I live, but travel is in my blood, and I feel the most at home when I’m on the road.

I’ve shot from horseback at 13,000 feet in Nepal’s Annapurnas; I’ve had formal British tea alongside giraffes in Kenya, and I once took a ferry off the coast of Nicaragua where my only seat for six straight hours was a large sack of frozen (well, slowly-defrosting) chicken breasts. I’m a former volunteer firefighter and mom of two wildlings. I’m obsessed with plants, I have a somewhat-useless degree in comparative religion (sorry, Mom and Dad!) and I’ve always secretly wanted to be a spy.

I believe that everything I need to know about a person is revealed by the way they treat their waitstaff. I welcome and honor all types of people. I wholeheartedly support the LGBTQ and BIPOC communities. I hope everyone will feel safe in front of my lens. I love you already and I can’t wait to meet you!
